Preparation of shell The preparation tank is loaded with the raw materials of the shell (gelatin, glycerin, etc.). The outer shell solution is then made by dissolving, defoaming and adjusting the viscosity of the mixture.		Preparation of shell Emulsification equipment, etc. are used on the basis of a prescribed formula to prepare the capsule filling.


Filling of capsule		Drying
Two outer shell sheets are heat-sealed at the same time they are filled with the capsule filling. The capsule is formed by expanding the outer shell sheets through injection pressure. The capsules are tumble dried after formation.

		All capsules are inspected, including visual inspection.
